GOVERNANCE

Good governance is a key to success.

A charity is best placed to achieve its ambitions and aims if it has effective governance and the right leadership. A skilled and capable Board help attract resources and put them to best use. Good governance enables and supports better compliance with all the relevant legislation and regulation.

It also promotes a culture and attitudes where everyone can work to fulfill a common vision.

The Board provides oversight and direction to the organisation, ensuring the Foundation fulfills its mission, lives up to its values and continues to operate sustainably and financially responsibly.
